Chicken quarters with potatoes
Roast chicken quarters with potatoes and olives.
Ingredients
- 6 pcs Chicken quarters
- 1 kg potato
- 3 spoons Oils
- salt and pepper
- ground red pepper
- granulated garlic
- 1⁄2 cup Waters
- 1⁄2 cup white wine
- black olives

Directions
Sprinkle the chicken quarters with salt, pepper, ground paprika and granulated garlic.
Peel the potatoes and slice or halve them.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken quarters on both sides. Then take them out and set them aside.
In the same oil, fry the sliced potatoes. When the potatoes are slightly browned, add the water and wine and simmer for a while under a lid.
Transfer everything to a baking dish and sprinkle the chicken quarters with olives.
Bake them for about 35 minutes at 200°C.
