Chicken noodles with oyster sauce

The recipe for chicken noodles with oyster sauce is one of my favorites. I especially love the blend of flavors - the saltiness of the oyster sauce pairs perfectly with the fresh vegetables and chicken.

  • 500 g chicken breast Added to
  • 1 Clove garlic Added to
  • 1 Spoons Soy sauces Added to
  • 2 Spoons Oyster sauces Added to
  • 2 Spoons vegetable oil Added to
  • 2 a piece carrots Added to
  • 1 a piece paprika Added to
  • 1 a piece onion Added to
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning Added to
  • 1 Spoons Sesame seeds for garnish Added to
  • 200 g rice Added to

1. Step

Start by cutting the chicken into noodles and season with salt and pepper to taste. Then in a pot with a little oil, fry over medium heat. Be careful that the meat doesn't stay raw inside, but again, not too dry.

2. Step

Peel the carrots and peppers and cut into thin noodles. Clean the onion and chop finely. Peel and crush the garlic.

3. Step

Heat the oil in a pan and then fry the onion and garlic until golden brown. Then add the vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes.

4. Step

Mix the meat with the vegetables and add the soy and oyster sauce. Mix and let simmer for a while to combine all the flavors.

5. Step

As a side dish, cook rice according to package directions and serve with chicken noodles.

6. Step

Before serving, sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds for extra flavor and a nice appearance.
