- 4 pcs chicken breast
- 2 pcs onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 400 g tomatoes

- 1 ts turmeric
- 1 ts Ground rasp
- 1 ts ground coriander
- 1 ts chili powder
- Parsley sprig

1. Step
Mix the spices in a small bowl.
2. Step
Fry the chicken meat until golden brown in the pan and transfer it onto a plate.
3. Step
On the same pan, fry the chopped onion and garlic until golden brown.
4. Step
Add spices and tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Step
Put the chicken meat back and let it stew on low heat for 30 minutes.
6. Step
Serve sprinkled with parsley with rice or fresh bread.
