Chicken Lasagna
Traditional lasagna, but instead of ground meat, it contains chicken pieces.

Sauce
- 2 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 500 g chicken meat
- 400 g tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried herbs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Lasagna
- 9 sheets lasagna
- 200 g mozzarella
- 50 g parmesan

1. Step
Chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a pan until golden.
2. Step
Add the chopped chicken meat and sauté until it is fully cooked.
3. Step
Add the tomato sauce, dry herbs, salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes.
4. Step
Spread a quarter of the sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Then place 3 lasagna sheets, another quarter of the sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used. The last layer should be sauce and cheese.
5. Step
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Then sprinkle with parmesan and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Let the lasagna cool a bit before serving.
