Chicken Curry Pieces
Simple and hearty chicken curry pieces with coconut milk, which you will fall in love with. Don't forget to serve it with rice.

Chicken pieces
- 500 g chicken meat
- 2 ts curry powder
- 1 ts turmeric
- 1 ts ground black pepper
Sauce
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs garlic
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 2 ts curry powder

1. Step
In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces, curry powder, turmeric, and ground black pepper. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
2. Step
Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in a pan. Add 2 teaspoons of curry powder and let it sleep for 1 minute. Then add coconut milk.
3. Step
Cooking chicken pieces - Add the marinated chicken pieces to the sauce. Then reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked.
4. Step
Serve the prepared curry with cooked rice.
