Chicken breast with curry sauce
Perfect chicken breast with curry sauce, with rice as a side dish.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 pcs Large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 pcs tomatoes
- 1 glass greek yoghurt
- 2 spoons Curry spices
- Salt, ground black pepper
- 1 spoon Chopped coriander
- olive oil

Cut the chicken breasts into smaller pieces. Salt, pepper and let rest. I know from experience that if you marinate the meat for at least 30 minutes, it will be more tender and tastier.
In a frying pan with a little olive oil, fry the finely chopped onion and garlic.
Add chopped tomatoes and curry spices. Not only will this give the sauce a great flavor, but the tomatoes will help keep the meat juicy.
Add the marinated chicken to the mixture and fry until the meat is fully cooked.
Add a dollop of Greek yogurt to mellow the curry's sharp flavor. Stir everything together and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
Finally, add chopped coriander for an exotic touch and serve.
