Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

- 500 g Rosy cabbage
- 200 g bacon
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 1 a piece garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Fry the bacon until crispy in a pan.
Rinse the Brussels sprouts, trim and cut in half.
Combine Brussels sprouts, fried bacon, olive oil, grated garlic, salt and pepper in a baking dish.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the cabbage begins to acquire a golden color.
