1. Step

Melt the butter (you can do it on the stove or in the microwave). Mix in the sugar and heat it up again, I put it in the microwave for 60 seconds. Then add chopped chocolate and stir until it dissolves. Next, stir in the eggs one at a time. Finally, sift the flour with cocoa and mix it. Pour the dough into a smaller form lined with baking paper. Bake at 175 degrees for 30 minutes. After baking, let it cool for at least half an hour.

2. Step

Whip the cream cheese and mix in the sugar. Melt the chocolate. Add a spoonful of cream cheese to the chocolate and mix well to combine. Gradually mix in spoonfuls until both mixtures are combined. Mix into a smooth cream, which we fill into a pastry bag. Decorate the top of the brownies with the cream and serve.
