1. Step

Start by cutting your chicken breasts into smaller pieces.

2. Step

Then blanch the broccoli in a pot of boiling water. It shouldn't be completely soft so that it retains its crunch when mixed with the chicken.

3. Step

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add the chicken.

4. Step

When the meat is almost done, add the crushed garlic and soy sauce. The garlic gives the dish a great flavour and the soy sauce adds saltiness.

Finally, add the blanched broccoli, stir and let it simmer together in the pan for a few more minutes.

On the plate, you can sprinkle the meat with sesame.
