- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1⁄2 red bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 oz chorizo sausage
- 3 cups short grain rice
- 1 can roasted tomatoes
- 1 Cup frozen green peas
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1 lb clams
- 1 lb little neck clams
- 1⁄4 Cup parsley
