Directions
Start by preparing the marinade. Combine garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
Marinate the beef steaks, chicken breasts, lamb chops, shrimps, and Italian sausages in the mixture. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
While the meats are marinating, cut the red and green bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into chunks.
Preheat the grill over medium heat. Coat the grill surface lightly with oil.
Arrange the marinated meats and vegetables on the skewers. Season with a bit of salt and pepper, then drizzle some olive oil over them.
Grill the skewers until the meats are thoroughly cooked and the vegetables are tender. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
Flip the skewers occasionally for even cooking. Before removing from the grill, make sure the meats are no longer pink on the inside.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
