  • 1 tablespoon sugar Added to

1. Step

Combine the Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until moistened. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form your cake base. Place the pan in freezer for about 15-20 minutes for the base to firm up.

Take your softened vanilla ice cream and mix in 1 1/2 cups of M&M chocolates until well combined. Spread this mixture over the frozen cookie base and smooth the top with a spatula. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and return to the freezer for about 6 hours or until the ice cream layer is firm.

3. Step

When ready to serve, make the whipped cream by beating together the whipped cream, sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Spread the whipped cream on top of the ice cream layer.

4. Step

To finish, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of M&M chocolates over the whipped cream layer. Remove the sides of the springform pan.
