1. Step

In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well and set aside.

2. Step

In a large bowl, mix the sugar with the oil. Add the cocoa powder, continue mixing, and add the eggs and vanilla extract. Pour in the flour mixture slowly and mix. Cover the bowl with cling film or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

3. Step

Shape the dough into balls and coat them with the icing sugar. To make the biscuits white, shake them and roll them in the sugar 3 times.

4. Step

Place the balls on a baking sheet apart and bake in a preheated oven to 180ºC until cracks form on the surface. Let stand in the baking tin for 2 minutes and then cool completely on a wire rack.
