Best Healthy Eggless Moist Banana Bread
Banish those worries of eggless baking with this super moist, yummy Eggless Banana Bread. It's a delightful dessert or breakfast for those who prefer less or no eggs in their diet. And the best part, it uses ripe bananas that are in plenty in your kitchen!
Ingredients
- 11⁄2 Cup of all-purpose flour
- 11⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1⁄2 Cup of granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 Cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 Cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1⁄4 Cup milk
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- A handful of chopped nuts or chocolate chips for topping (optional)

Directions
First, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, sift the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Gradually fold in the sifted dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, gently mixing just until combined.
Pour the batter into the previously greased loaf pan.
Top with chopped nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for about 20 minutes before removing it from the pan.
Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
