Beef with Peas
A recipe for excellent beef stewed with peas.

- 500 g beef
- 200 g peas
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs garlic
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 ts ground red pepper
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts ground black pepper

1. Step
Cut the meat into smaller pieces, salt and pepper it.
2. Step
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Sauté it until it becomes soft and golden.
3. Step
Add the pressed garlic and ground paprika and stir.
4. Step
Add the meat and fry it from all sides.
5. Step
When the meat is roasted and stewed for a while by itself, add peas and some water. Stew the meat with peas for approximately 30 minutes.
