Beef with dumplings
Beef with dumplings is a dish I often cook at home, not only for its ease of preparation, but also for its unmistakable taste.
Ingredients
- 500 g Beef
- 2 a piece The Onion
- 400 g tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 ts Salts
- 1 ts ground black pepper
- 1 ts Majorana

Wash, dry and cut the beef into smaller pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden. Before adding the meat, you can add a little more salt to make it fry better.
Add the chopped meat and sear it on all sides until brown.
When the meat is browned, add the tomatoes, black pepper, marjoram and salt. Blend the tomatoes in a blender and add to the meat.
Simmer the meat for about an hour under a lid on medium heat until tender.
