BBQ Grilled Tuna Kebabs
Tired of the same old grilled chicken? Try these healthy and delicious grilled tuna kebabs. Perfect for a summer barbecue or a quick and easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tuna, cut into cubes
- 2 tbls olive oil
- lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon With
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄4 pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 zucchini
- 8 bamboo skewers

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add tuna cubes to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Preheat grill to high heat.
Thread the marinated tuna, onion, bell peppers, and zucchini onto the skewers.
Brush the keba with any remaining marinade.
Grill kebabs for 6 minutes on each side, or until the tuna is cooked through and the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Serve hot with a side of rice and a green salad.
