Baked Túrós Csusza
Túrós Csusza is a popular and easy-to-make Hungarian dish. In this version, it is baked in the oven. The pasta is prepared with creamy cottage cheese, bacon, and fresh parsley.

- 400 g Noodle or pinch pasta
- 1 Judge Only for cooking the pasta
Ingredients of the filling
- 300 g sour cream
- 300 g Trappist cheese
- 150 g smoked bacon
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley

Put the pasta in boiling salted water the day before. When it's cooked, drain it.
Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry it in a pan. When it's done, add the crushed garlic.
Once you take it off the fire, add the sour cream and grated cheese, then evenly distribute this mixture on the dough.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese melts and becomes beautifully golden brown.
Serve it hot, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
