Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Season the pork loin with salt and pepper, then roast it in the oven for 30 minutes.

2. Step

While the pork chops are baking, peel the peaches, remove the stones and cut into slices.

3. Step

After 30 minutes, remove the pork loin from the oven and top with peach slices.

4. Step

Put the cheese on top of pork loin and peaches.
