Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Season the pork loin with salt and pepper, then roast it in the oven for 30 minutes.
While the pork chops are baking, peel the peaches, remove the stones and cut into slices.
After 30 minutes, remove the pork loin from the oven and top with peach slices.
Put the cheese on top of pork loin and peaches.
Put the meat back in the oven and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
