Baked gyros pasta
Baked gyros pasta is one of my favorite dishes that everyone can cook. It's a completely simple and versatile dish that can be adapted according to taste and available ingredients.
Ingredients
- 400 g pasta
- 600 g Pork tenderloin
- 1 a piece large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 200 g mushrooms
- Gyros pepper
- salt to taste
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 150 g cheese for sprinkling
- vegetable oil

Directions
Start by cooking the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions - al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in a little oil until golden. Add the chopped meat and fry on all sides. Add the gyros seasoning, fry for a moment and add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 10 more minutes until the mushrooms are slightly softened.
When the pasta is cooked, add the meat and onions with the mushrooms and stir.
Pour the cream into the finished mixture, stir and salt to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake the pasta in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
