Baked Chicken with Cream and Mushrooms
This recipe is for meat lovers. Baked chicken with cream and mushrooms is ideal for Sunday lunch or special occasions.

Chicken
- 1 a piece Chicken
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mushroom sauce
- 250 g Boletus
- 1 spoon butter
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions
Place the chicken into the roasting pan and rub it with salt and seasoning. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 °C for 60 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce: Melt the butter in a pan and add the chopped mushrooms. Fry them until golden brown.
Then add the cream for cooking and nutmeg. Simmer the sauce on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Take the chicken out of the oven and pour the prepared sauce over it. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve the cooked chicken with rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
