Baked Chicken Thighs with Rice
This recipe is for all meat lovers. Baked chicken thighs are an excellent choice for lunch or dinner. They are relatively simple to prepare and the result is always delicious.
Ingredients
Chicken thighs
- 4 a piece chicken legs
- 2 ts olive oil
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts black pepper
Rice
- 2 mugs basmati rice
- 4 mugs water
- 1 ts salt

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Rinse the chicken thighs, pat dry and season with pepper and salt on both sides. Then place them on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Standing roast in the oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until they are nice golden brown and juicy.
While the thighs are in the oven, you can prepare the rice. Pour water into a pot and add a cup of rice. Add a pinch of salt and let it boil. When the water boils, reduce the heat and cook covered for 15-20 minutes.
When the rice is cooked and all the water is absorbed, turn off the heat and let the rice stand under the lid for another 10 minutes.
Serve chicken thighs with rice on a large plate and don't forget to add some vegetables for a balanced diet. Bon appetit!
