Baked Chicken Thighs with Potatoes
A great combination of chicken thighs with potatoes, which is suitable for Sunday lunch.

- 4 Pieces chicken legs
- 2 ts salt
- 1 ts ground black pepper
- 2 ts oil

- 500 g Potatoes
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts ground black pepper

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Rinse the chicken thighs in water, pat dry and rub with salt, spice and oil.
Peel the potatoes, slice them and season with salt and pepper.
Transfer chicken thighs and potatoes into a roasting pan, brush with oil and bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes until golden.
Serve the ready chicken thighs with potatoes sprinkled with parsley.
