- 200 g ham
- 200 g mozzarella
- 2 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pcs egg
- 160 ml cooking cream

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and prepare a large baking dish.
Clean the broccoli, divide it into florets and cook in salted water for 5 minutes.
Cut the ham into small cubes and the onion into thin slices. Crush the garlic.
In a frying pan, melt some butter and sauté the onion with garlic until the onion is soft and golden brown. Add the ham and sauté for another 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the egg, cream, salt, and pepper. Add broccoli, ham, and onion and mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
