1. Step

Mix all the ingredients until obtaining a smooth and consistent dough. Let it rest for an hour.

2. Step

Preheat a large oven to 200°C before putting the bread. Then bake for 12 minutes.

3. Step

Without opening the oven, reduce the temperature to 175°C and bake for 20 minutes.

4. Step

After baking remove and separate the bread and bake on the top rack at 175°C for 10 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 200°C and bake for 5 minutes.

Take out and keep aside the two pieces of bread.

6. Step

Now put the raw side of the other bread at 200°C for 5 minutes on the top rack and take it out. Enjoy!
