Rinse the millet with boiling water (2-3 times). Put the millet in a pot, pour about 350ml of water and simmer on low heat with occasional stirring until the liquid is absorbed and it softens, approximately 15-20 minutes.

Peel and grate the apple. Add it to the cooked wheat.

Next, we add poppy seeds, puree, leek, protein, sugar and mix everything together. We put the mixture into a round mold lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
