Apple and Poppy Seed Cake with Millet

Cake
- 150 wheat
- 350 ml Of water
- 100 g apple puree

Rinse the millet with boiling water (2-3 times). Put the millet in a pot, pour about 350ml of water and simmer on low heat with occasional stirring until the liquid is absorbed and it softens, approximately 15-20 minutes.
Peel and grate the apple. Add it to the cooked wheat.
Next, we add poppy seeds, puree, leek, protein, sugar and mix everything together. We put the mixture into a round mold lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients for the glaze until smooth. Pour it over the baked cake and leave it in the fridge for a while. The glaze does not solidify.
