- Chopped fresh parsley
- 4 Pieces cheese

Put the minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs and parsley in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.
Mix all the ingredients using your hands. Then, take a piece of meat and shape it into a burger patty.
Place the burger patty on a wooden board and, in the centre, place a generous portion of a cheese that melts on contact with the heat. Sink the cheese into the burger with your hands and then cover it with the minced meat.
In a frying pan, with a small drizzle of oil, cook the burger for 5 minutes, to melt the cheese.
Turn the burger over and cook the other side.
Remove it from the heat and place it on a plate. You can eat it in hamburger bread, with all the ingredients you want!
