- frozen carrots
- Frozen green asparagus
- Frozen Chard and Chinese cabbage
- frozen broccoli
- Frozen peas and beans
- Frozen zucchini
- frozen spinach
- vegetable oil
- salt
- garlic
- chili pepper
- ginger
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon water

Directions
Chop and wash everything.
Heat a large frying pan or wok over high. Brush the vegetables with oil and carefully toss them into the pan. Turn them once.
Add the aromatics (garlic, onion, ginger, chilli, pepper). Stir while shaking the pan.
Add salt and stir again.
When all the vegetables are well-soaked and browning, add three tablespoons of water, lower the heat, add oil and cover the pan. Also, add a tbsp of soy sauce. Wait 2-5 minutes until the vegetables are al dente.
Place it into a plate, cover and leave it to stand for a couple more minutes. Season with salt and serve immediately.
