Zucchini-Tuna Patties

A perfect combination of zucchini and tuna in patties, which taste great together with a Greek salad and tzatziki! Plus, they are baked in the oven, so there is no risk of excess oil.

1. Step

Grate the zucchini into a bowl using a coarse grater, salt it and let it stand for 10 minutes until it releases juice.

2. Step

Move it to a cloth or a sieve and squeeze out as much juice as possible.

3. Step

Return the dried zucchini to the bowl and mix with the tuna without juice, cheese, flour, egg, crushed garlic and seasoning.

4. Step

We shape the meatballs from the mixture and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. We can drizzle a little oil over them.

We bake them at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes until browned. Halfway through baking, we turn them over to the other side for an even roast.
