1. Step
To cook the zucchini spaghetti, prepare the zucchini into spaghetti using a spiral cutter.
2. Step
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the chopped garlic. Cook it until it is golden brown.

Add the zucchini spaghetti and cook them for 2-3 minutes until they are soft.

Remove the pan from the stove and stir in the grated Parmesan.
