Zucchini Potato Soup
This zucchini and potato soup is excellent, nutritious and easy to prepare.

- 2 pcs zucchini
- 2 pcs Potatoes
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Prepare all the ingredients. Clean the vegetables, cut the potatoes and onion into smaller pieces. Leave the zucchini whole.
On a frying pan with oil, sauté the chopped onion, add the chopped potatoes and roast them.
Add chopped zucchini, garlic, salt, and all the spices. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool down. Then transfer everything to a blender and blend into a smooth soup.
Serve the soup hot. You can sprinkle it with herbs or add a piece of white bread. Enjoy your meal!
