Zucchini Pizza
Simple and great alternative to traditional pizza dough using seasonal zucchini. Will you notice the difference in the taste of the pizza? Anyway, it's a healthier version and you'll definitely enjoy it.
Ingredients
- 4 pcs zucchini
- 2 pcs egg
- 160 g grated cheese
- 1⁄2 ts salt
- 1⁄4 ground black pepper
- 2 garlic

Peel the courgette, grate it on a coarse grater and season with salt. Leave it to stand for 10 minutes.
Transfer the zucchini to a kitchen towel and wring out as much water as possible.
We mix it with eggs, seasoning, salt, grated cheese, and crushed garlic.
Spread the finished dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10-15 minutes at 190°C (until it is golden on the surface).
We often take the pizza dough out of the oven, arrange the ingredients on it according to our own taste and bake it for another 10 minutes.
