Zucchini brownies
Ingredients
- 240 g Grated and squeezed zucchini
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 150 g white yogurt
- 270 g Plain flour
- 2 spoons Cane sugar
- 3 spoons Like so
- 2 spoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 spoons Tea Bicarbonate of Soda
- pinch salt
- 100 g Hot chocolate
- 140 ml whipped cream

For baking, I used a round mold with a diameter of 28cm.
We grate the zucchini and wring it out with our hands.
We put into the bowl, add banana, yogurt, and egg and mix it all together.
Next, add the oil, cinnamon, sugar, baking soda, cocoa, and salt and stir
Finally, we add the flour and whisk it all together.
Line the form with baking paper and pour in the dough.
Place it in a preheated oven and bake at 180/45 minutes or as needed. (Skewer test)
Select and let it cool down.
Spread with jam, I used aronia flavor.
Melt the chocolate with cream over steam and pour it over the brownies. Let it
