Žerbo Hearts
A quick no-bake treat made from a few ingredients. I didn't use any sweetener at all, but if it's not sweet enough for you, cut back on the jam and add a little good quality honey.

- 100 g ground nuts
- 150 g ground wholegrain biscuits
- 130 g Peach jam without sugar
- chocolate high in cocoa
- butter

Directions

1. Step
Mix the nuts, cookies and jam. Add enough jam to get a easily shapable, non-sticky mass. Put it in the fridge for a moment.
2. Step
Roll out the dough between two pieces of baking paper and cut out hearts with a cookie cutter.
3. Step
While we prepare chocolate, we put it in the freezer.
4. Step
Melt the chocolate over steam, add a bit of butter.
5. Step
We dip the hearts into chocolate and put them in the fridge to set.
