Want to try something different from classic pancakes? Yeast pancakes are a simple and excellent alternative. Served with maple syrup, cinnamon, or fruit, they make a great sweet breakfast for the whole family.

- 1 Spoons sugar
- 1 Spoon salt
- 20 g fresh yeast
- 500 ml milk
- 2 pcs egg
- 2 Spoons oil

1. Step
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Crumble the yeast, add it to the bowl, and mix.
2. Step
Add the milk, eggs, and oil and work into a smooth dough. Let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.

On a hot pan with a bit of oil, we fry the pancakes on both sides until golden. Serve hot.
