White wine sauce with fish or seafood
This white wine sauce is a refined extra that goes perfectly with fish, seafood and white meat. It is easy to prepare and adds a touch of elegance and flavor to any dish.

- 250 ml white wine
- 2 fine chopped shallots
- 200 ml cream
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 TL lemon juice

1. Step
For the white wine sauce recipe, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped shallots and saute until softened.
2. Step
Pour the white wine into the pan and increase the heat to bring it to a boil.
3. Step
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the wine is reduced by about half.
4. Step
Add the cream and continue stirring until the sauce begins to thicken.
5. Step
Season the white wine sauce with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve the white wine sauce hot over your chosen dish.
