Vegetarian BBQ
A delicious, cruelty-free alternative for your next cookout, packed with juicy, smoky, grilled vegetables and an assortment of flavourful seasonings.

Vegetables
- 2 pcs bell peppers
- 2 pcs zucchinis
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 pc red onion
Marinade
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tbs smoked paprika

Directions
Prepare the vegetables by washing and cutting them into big slices or pieces. Keep mushrooms whole or cut in half if they are too large.
Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, maple syrup and smoked paprika in a bowl.
Place the vegetables in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all pieces are coated well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill on medium heat. Arrange the vegetables on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are nicely charred and soft.
Serve your vegetarian BBQ with your favourite sides and dipping sauce.
