Step 1: Blanching the cabbage leaves and removing them.

Step 2: Preparing the stuffing: Fry the onions and garlic, add the rice, mushrooms, bell peppers, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Fill the cabbage leaves with the filling, and roll them up.

Step 4: Making the tomato sauce: sauté the onions and garlic, add the tomato puree or canned tomatoes, the paprika, the salt and the pepper.
