Vegan chilli sin carne
A vegetarian version of a popular South American dish. This dish is rich in healthy plant proteins and will entertain not only vegetarians but also meat lovers. The main ingredients are beans, chickpeas and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1 Red peppers
- 2 Spoons olive oil
- 1 plechovka red beans
- 1 plechovka White beans
- 1 plechovka Chickpeas
- 1 plechovka Crushed tomatoes
- 1 Red Chilli pepper
- 1 Spoons Minced peppers
- 2 spoons ground cumin
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 mug rice
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Add chopped peppers and chilli (adjust the amount of chilli to your taste).
Add the beans and chickpeas to the pan (drain the water from the cans beforehand), crushed tomatoes, ground paprika and cumin. Season the chilli sin Carne with salt and pepper and leave it to bubble for about 20 minutes under a lid on a low heat.
Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Serve chilli sin Carne with rice and garnish to taste with parsley, coriander or avocado cream.
