Vegan American Pancakes
This recipe offers a rich, filling vegan version of American pancakes that is extremely easy to make. No need for milk or eggs for perfectly fluffy and thick pancakes!
Ingredients
- 280 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 475 ml vegetable milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, sugar) together in a large bowl.
Add the plant-based milk, oil and apple cider vinegar.
Mix the ingredients together, but be careful not to overmix the dough. Some lumps can remain.
Let's heat up a pan over medium heat, and add a little oil.
Pour the batter and let it cook until the bottom of the pancake turns golden brown, then flip it and cook the other side as well.
Repeat until the dough runs out.
Serve it with fresh fruit, maple syrup, or your favorite topping. Bon appetit!
