- 110 g confectionery sugar
- 110 g semi-coarse flour
- 1 ts vanilla essence

- 200 g strawberry
- 2 tablespoon sugar

- 100 g whipped cream

We clean the strawberries, cut them into smaller pieces and put them in a pan. We add sugar and start to stew together. We stew until the strawberries soften and the excess water evaporates. We transfer the mixture into a pastry bag.
