Traditional potatoes
My family has been serving traditional potatoes in the crock pot for a long time, so I have generations of experience behind me in a journey around the stove. I stole the recipe from my mother, who has always been a master at preparing this simple but delicious dish.
Ingredients

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. To prepare the potatoes, choose medium sized potatoes, preferably of the same thickness, so that they are cooked uniformly.
Wash and slice the potatoes thoroughly. It is important that the slices are not too thin, otherwise they can easily burn.
Line a baking pan with baking paper and place the potato slices on it. Always try to arrange the potato slices on the baking tray so that they do not overlap.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and pepper. The olive oil is essential as it can help the potatoes to cook to a nice golden brown.
Put the pan in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes, but take the potatoes out of the oven a few times and stir them to cook them evenly on all sides.
