Sauce for omurice
- 30 g butter
- 11⁄2 tablespoon Wheat flour
- 5 tablespoon ketchup
- 40 ml soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 360 ml water

Fry the butter together with the wheat flour until the colour is light brown.
