Tomato Soup
A recipe for a delicious tomato soup with alphabet pasta, which kids love particularly.

- 800 g tomatoes
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs cloves of garlic
- 2 l broth

- 1 pcs bay leaf
- 1 ts dried oregano
- 1⁄2 ts ground black pepper
- 1 ts salt
- Alphabet pasta

Directions
Heat up the oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onion until golden. Add crushed garlic and sauté together for a while.
Add the diced tomatoes, bay leaf, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Saute all the ingredients together for about 5 minutes.
Pour in the broth and let it simmer on a medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Blend the soup, add alphabet pasta to it and cook for another 5 minutes.
