- 1500 g tomatoes
- 1000 g sugar
- 1 pcs lemon

Clean the tomatoes, chop them into pieces and put them into the pot.
Add sugar and lemon juice and cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Then we increase the temperature and cook for about 20 minutes more, until the mixture thickens.
We fill the ready-made jam into glasses.
We close and let it cool. Store the jam in a cool and dark place.
