1. Step

Into a larger pot, we put frozen minestrone vegetables, add water, salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.

2. Step

Clean and grate the celery, kohlrabi. In butter, fry the diced garlic and add the grated celery, kohlrabi. Stew it all together and add to the soup.

3. Step

First, fry the pasta until light brown, then cook according to the instructions. Also add it to the soup along with the ketchup and season with salt and pepper. Serve with cheese, enjoy your meal.

Tip: Of course, soup is better from fresh vegetables, but if you buy an Italian minestrone mix in Lidl, adjust it a bit to your liking, it is also tasty and you will save some time.
