Ingredients
- sprig of rosemary
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1⁄2 ounce vanilla syrup
- 3 ounce champagne

Directions
Smoke rosemary sprig with a lighter and place in champagne flute.
Turn champagne flute upside down to capture smoke emitted from rosemary.
Combine the vodka and vanilla syrup in a cocktail shaker and fill it halfway with ice.
Shake until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
Pour into the champagne flute with the smoked rosemary.
Top the beverage with champagne.
