- 200 g special fine flour
- 1 a piece dry yeast
- 1 ts salt
- 2 ts olive oil
- 125 ml Warm water

Dough preparation: mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the center, pour in the oil, and gradually add warm water through this well. Knead the dough and let it rise for 40 minutes in a warm place.
Filling preparation: chop the tomato, ham into small cubes and mozzarella into slices. Leave the olives whole or slice them into rounds.
3. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of approximately 5 mm.
4. Regularly move onto a baking tray covered with baking paper, spread it with tomato puree, add ham, tomatoes, olives and sprinkle with salt and basil.
5. Bake the pizza for 15 - 20 minutes, or until the bottom of the pizza is nicely crispy and the cheese has melted.
