- 250 g boiled chickpeas
- 2 onion
- 400 g canned natural tomato
- 250 ml vegetable stock cube
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 spoon Curry
- 2 chilli peppers
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt

Crush the coriander seeds in a mortar and pestle and chop the onion.

Add the chopped onion, peeled garlic clove, chilli, coriander, curry and cumin powder in a blender. Grind to a paste. To make the curry, add as many spices as you like, such as turmeric powder, pepper and cayenne.

Sauté the crushed onion paste in a pan with a bit of oil until it begins to brown, about 10 minutes. Then add the crushed natural tomatoes, the vegetable stock and the cooked chickpeas. When it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and leave it to cook for 20 minutes without covering the casserole.
