- 250 g plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 spoon Dijon mustard
- 1 lemon
- extra virgin olive oil
- ground black pepper

Directions
Wash the celery stalks under cold running water and with the help of a peeler remove the strands from the surface. Finely chop the stalk and place it in a bowl.

Finely chop the romaine lettuce and chop peeled walnuts. Add to the bowl.

Wash, dry and cut the apple into sticks. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the apple sticks, stir well and add to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Salt to taste and stir.
